  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 bouillon cubes
  • Salt to taste
  • Water (as needed)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Rinse the rice thoroughly to remove excess starch and impurities. Set aside.
  • Debone the smoked fish and break it into smaller pieces.
  • Blend or grind the fresh peppers.

Step 2: Cook the Rice

  • In a large pot, add the rinsed rice and enough water to cook it until tender.

  • Cover the pot and allow the rice to cook on low heat for an additional 10 minutes, letting the flavors meld together.
